Mr. David Diaz, Principal
My name is David Diaz. I am the new principal of Satsuma High School. I’m honored to work with you and your student. It is my goal to develop and maintain a safe and orderly environment that’s conducive to learning. My intent is to focus on building positive parental communication and strong customer service. I look forward to adding to the long tradition of excellence exhibited by students, faculty, and staff of Satsuma High School. It’s with a deep commitment that I serve in this position. It’s my expectation that SHS’s administration and faculty will establish and promote a learning environment that prepares all students for future college and career goals. Mrs. Ashlee Smith, Assistant Principal
In 1996, I began my public teaching career as a special education teacher at Robert E. Lee Elementary School. In 2005, I transferred to Satsuma High School where I continued to serve as a special education teacher. In 2014, I was promoted to school counselor where I have had the privilege to work with Junior and Senior students. This year, I will work in the capacity of Assistant Principal and Counselor. I look forward to a great year! GO GATORS!

Mrs. Robyn Terry, Assistant Principal
Mrs. Robyn Terry began her role as Assistant Principal of the Junior High building on the Satsuma High School campus in December. Mrs. Terry’s background in education extends across elementary and secondary education. In addition to being a National Board Certified teacher in Literacy: Reading-Language Arts, Mrs. Terry received numerous accolades in her pursuit of her administrative degree and currently serves as the secretary of District 1 in the Alabama Association of Secondary School Principals (AASSP). She comes to Satsuma City Schools from MCPSS where she served as an educator and administrator, most recently as assistant principal of Phillips Preparatory School.
