Welcome to the Technology Department!

Satsuma City Schools uses instructional technology as one way of enhancing the mission to provide a creative, rigorous, and technology-rich academic environment that encourages students to become independent, analytical, and self-motivated learners who can make positive, caring, and ethical contributions to the community. Excellence in education requires that technology is seamlessly integrated throughout the education program. From Kindergarten, students are exposed to various technologies and it is used daily in instruction by both students and teachers, focusing on the skills that will equip today's learners for tomorrow's world of work.  Technology in Satsuma City Schools is not just used for instruction.

From our fire and air conditioning controllers, from accounting to technology support, from access door controls, every department in our school system uses technology to work more effectively and efficiently.
