SPECIAL DIETS

We understand that certain students have special dietary needs, and we will do our best to accommodate those needs. A Diet Prescription Form signed by a licensed physician, nurse, registered dietitian, or physician assistant is required for students with a chronic medical condition such as diabetes, cystic fibrosis, food allergy or a disability.
