Satsuma City Schools New Teacher Mentoring Program

All new teachers in Satsuma City Schools will participate in our New Teacher Mentoring program (STEP). New teachers are defined as having less than one semester of experience. Each new teacher will be assigned a trained mentor to guide and support him or her through their first year.
